Medical Departmental Certification
This certification acknowledges the achievement of certain skill sets needed to
manage the Medical department on board Federation Starships. It also certifies that
the officer is ready to lead the department as a department head, assistant
department head or as a shift leader. Though it is not mandatory, those officers in
possession of this certification will most likely be rewarded with positions of
responsibility then those who do not possess the certification.
Area Knowledge - Triage: Level 14
Biology - Biochemistry: Level 14
Biology - Class M Planet: Level 12
Computer Operation: Level 14
Diagnosis: Level 15
Electronics Repair - Life Support: Level 14
Electronics Operation - Medical: Level 15
Electronics Operation - Sensors: Level 14
Leadership: Level 14
Physiology: Level 14
Physician: Level 15
Research: Level 14
Spacer - Starfleet: Level 13
Surgery: Level 15
Teaching: Level 13
